How can you recharge mig33 credits!

You can recharge your account by making a Bank Transfer or Direct Banking payment.

Pay at the Bank

Once you have decided on the amount credits you wish to buy, simply go to your local bank and request to make a Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payment. You don?t need a bank account to do this. Or if you have Internet banking set up with your bank, you can do an online Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payment.

* In some countries, your bank may charge you a small fee for making a Telegraphic Transfer payment. However the money that you have saved from buying at a discount will usually be more than enough to cover this small fee.

Bank Details

When making a Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payment, you will need our Banking Details. These are outlined below. You may wish to record these details and bring them to the bank.

Payments need to be made to Project Goth Pty Ltd as this is the company owner of mig33.

Special Intructions

When filling in your Telegraphic Transfer (TT) form at the bank, it is important for you to enter your mig33 mobile number in the 'Special Instructions' area. This allows us to identify and credit your mig33 account.

Receipt Number

When your Telegraphic Transfer (TT) form has been processed by your bank, you will be given a receipt number. You need this receipt number to continue with Step 3 below.
You should also keep a copy of the Telegraphic Transfer for your records.

Sending mig33 your payment details

After making your payment, you need to send us your telegraphic transfer receipt details for processing.

There are 2 ways you can do this:

Website

1. You can enter your details on the website here, in the Member's Recharge area.

On the right hand side of the page above, you will be asked for your Full Name, the Amount and the Receipt Number. Enter the Receipt Number, your Full Name and the Amount (as shown in the Telegraphic Transfer receipt).

2. Select 'Submit'.

You will be presented with a page confirming we have received your banking receipt details.

Mobile Internet/WAP

1. Open our WAP site on your mobile phone's WAP browser at http://wap.mig33.com. Select 'mig33 member'

2. Enter your mig33 username and password. Select 'Login'. Some phones may show a login button. Other phones you may have to select 'Login' under 'Service Options'

3. Select 'TT Notification'

4. Enter the Receipt Number (or Transaction Number), Sender Name, and Amount of the Transfer. These should be the same as what you entered on the Telegraphic Transfer

5. Select 'Submit'. Some phones will show 'Submit' as a Button on the WAP page. With other phones, you may have to select 'Submit' under 'Service Options'.

You will receive a WAP page saying that your TT notification has been submitted.

Receiving your credits

Our banking systems will receive your payment within 3 - 5 working days.

Upon confirmation, we will add the new credits that you have purchased to your account. We will also send you an SMS to confirm that we have received your payment.
